Recognizing April 2026 as "Distracted Driving Awareness Month" and promoting efforts to help prevent tragic and preventable crashes, deaths, and injuries caused by distracted driving.

This resolution shows support for recognizing Distracted Driving Awareness Month. It also backs the efforts of the Department of Transportation, as well as state and local governments and law enforcement, to prevent and stop distracted driving.
