Stay on Schedule (S.O.S.) Resolution

This resolution says the House of Representatives cannot take its usual August break until it passes all the spending bills for the next fiscal year that starts in October. The House would not be allowed to vote on any resolution to adjourn during August until all the regular appropriations bills have been passed.
