Addressing the politicization of war crimes allegations against allied Special Operations Forces.

This resolution honors the service and sacrifice of military forces from the United Kingdom, Australia, and other partner countries that fought alongside American troops in Afghanistan, Iraq, and other security and counterterrorism missions. It also expresses concern that looking back and investigating possible war crimes committed by the forces of U.S. allies, when those investigations are seen as politically motivated, could hurt the unity of alliances and the confidence of service members.
