Waiving a requirement of clause 6(a) of rule XIII with respect to consideration of certain resolutions reported from the Committee on Rules.

This resolution lets the House of Representatives vote on certain rules-related items on the same day they are introduced, without needing a two-thirds majority to do so. Normally, House rules require a two-thirds vote to consider a report from the Rules Committee on the same day it is presented, but this resolution waives that requirement. It applies specifically to measures related to a budget reconciliation process and is in effect through June 5, 2026.
