Supporting the goals and ideals of National Women and Girls HIV/AIDS Awareness Day.

This resolution acknowledges the progress that has been made both in the United States and around the world in fighting HIV. It also calls for more work to be done, especially to help protect women and girls who are at risk of being affected by HIV.
