Providing for consideration of the bill (H.R. 2550) to nullify the Executive order relating to Exclusions from Federal Labor-Management Relations Programs, and for other purposes.

This resolution allows the House of Representatives to immediately take up and vote on a specific bill called the Protect America's Workforce Act. That bill would cancel a presidential executive order from March 2025 that removed certain federal agencies from rules that normally protect federal workers' rights to organize unions and negotiate with their employers over workplace issues.
