Recognizing the threat of extreme weather to children's health and well-being, and expressing the sense of Congress that solutions must be rapidly and equitably developed and deployed to address the unique vulnerabilities and needs of children.

This resolution shares the opinion of the House that solutions to deal with extreme weather — both adapting to it and protecting people from it — should be created and put into use quickly and fairly. It says special attention should be given to the physical and mental health needs of young people now and in the future.
