What this bill does
AI plain-language summaryThis resolution sets up the rules for the House of Representatives to consider six different bills. Some of these bills deal with protecting college athletes' rights to earn money from their name, image, and likeness. Others would limit or ban elementary and secondary schools from accepting money or contracts from the Chinese government and require parents to be told about foreign influence in public schools. The remaining bills focus on small businesses, including one that would keep regulations from adding costs to small businesses and another that would create a hotline for small businesses to report burdensome government rules.
