Providing for consideration of the bill (H.R. 27) to amend the Controlled Substances Act with respect to the scheduling of fentanyl-related substances, and for other purposes.

This resolution sets the rules for how the House of Representatives will debate and vote on a bill called the HALT Fentanyl Act. It removes certain procedural objections that could otherwise be raised to block the bill from being considered. It also says the bill will include changes made by the Rules Committee as part of this process.
