WIPPES Act

This bill requires companies that make or package certain wet wipes — like baby wipes, cleaning wipes, or personal care wipes — to clearly label them with the words "Do Not Flush" along with a matching symbol based on industry guidelines. The Federal Trade Commission would be in charge of enforcing these labeling rules and could create additional regulations to carry out the law.
