Stop STALLING Act

This bill says it is unfair competition to file a clearly baseless petition with the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) just to slow down a competitor's effort to get a drug approved for sale. The Federal Trade Commission would be allowed to take legal action against anyone who files this kind of petition. If someone is found guilty, they could be fined up to $50,000 for every day the FDA spent reviewing the baseless petition.
