Gold Star and Surviving Spouse Career Services Act

This bill lets the spouses of certain veterans and military members use a government program that helps people find careers and jobs. Right now, the program mainly serves disabled veterans, but the bill would open it up to spouses of service members who died while serving, died from a disability connected to their service, are missing in action or captured for more than 90 days, or have a total permanent disability from their service. The program is run by the Department of Labor.
