Recover Fraudulent COVID Funds Act

This bill would give the government 10 years instead of the usual 5 years to take legal action against people who committed fraud involving certain COVID-19 relief programs. Some programs, like the Paycheck Protection Program and the Economic Injury Disaster Loan Program, already have a 10-year time limit for fraud cases, and this bill would extend that same longer deadline to other pandemic relief programs.
