End Taxpayer Funding for Abortion Providers Act

This bill would stop federal money from going to organizations that perform abortions, help people get referrals for abortions, or give money to other groups that perform abortions. It also applies to any connected or affiliated organizations. There are exceptions allowed when the abortion is due to rape or incest, or when a doctor confirms that the woman could die without the procedure. The rule would also apply to any future federal laws unless those laws specifically say otherwise.
