A bill to require the Secretary of Agriculture to release a reversionary interest in certain land in the Black River State Forest in Millston, Wisconsin, and for other purposes.

This bill tells the Forest Service to give up its right to take back about 31.83 acres of land in the Black River State Forest in Wisconsin, as long as the State of Wisconsin agrees to trade that land for about 37.27 acres owned by a sphagnum moss business called Deli, Inc., located in Millston, Wisconsin. Right now, the Forest Service has a rule that the state forest land must be used for public purposes, but this bill would remove that requirement. After giving up that right, the Forest Service would need to provide the official paperwork as quickly as possible.
