Food Security and Farm Protection Act

This bill would stop state and local governments from setting rules on how agricultural products are grown or raised in another state, as long as those products are sold across state lines and the production already follows federal and local laws where the farming takes place. It also lets people go to court to challenge any state or local rules that go beyond existing laws when it comes to farm products sold between states.
