VA Home Loan Awareness Act of 2025

This bill says that when people apply for a home loan, the standard application form must include a notice telling applicants who have served in the military that they might be eligible for a home loan through the Department of Veterans Affairs. The bill also requires a government office to check, within 18 months of the bill becoming law, whether at least 80% of lenders using the form have actually added this notice.
