Abortion Funding Awareness Act of 2025

This bill would require states that use federal Medicaid money to pay abortion providers for any items or services to file a yearly report with the federal government and post it on the state's website. The report would need to include details like how many abortions the providers performed and how far along each pregnancy was. Under current law, federal funds can only be used for abortions in cases of rape, incest, or when the woman's life is in danger, but states can use their own money to cover abortions in other situations.
