NO TIME TO Waste Act);

This bill tells the Department of Agriculture to work on reducing the amount of food that gets lost or wasted in the United States by working with other federal agencies, giving out grants, and educating the public. It creates a new Office of Food Loss and Waste within USDA that would offer grant programs to help states, tribes, and local governments collect data on food waste, build better systems for recovering food, and form partnerships aimed at cutting food loss and waste in half by 2030. The office would also run a national campaign to teach people about food waste and how to reduce it.
