Connected MOM Act

This bill requires a federal health agency to study and share information with states about covering remote health monitoring devices, like blood glucose monitors, for pregnant women and new mothers through Medicaid. The goal is to help states provide these tools and services to improve the health of mothers and their babies during and after pregnancy.
