Combating Trafficking in Transportation Act

This bill lets certain Department of Transportation grants be used to buy and put up signs at highway rest stops and welcome centers that raise awareness about human trafficking. It also makes changes to a DOT committee focused on human trafficking by increasing the number of outside members allowed from 15 to 16 and requiring that someone from a state department of transportation be included on the committee.
