TSA Commuting Fairness Act

This bill would require the Transportation Security Administration (TSA) to study whether the time TSA employees at airports spend traveling between their work locations, parking lots, and bus or transit stops should count as paid work hours. The TSA would need to send the results of this study to Congress.
