Public Safety First Act

This bill says that the Department of Homeland Security must hold and detain certain non-U.S. nationals who are in the country without legal permission and have been connected to crimes like burglary, theft, larceny, or shoplifting. This includes people who have been charged with, arrested for, convicted of, or who admit to committing any of those crimes.
