Repeal the TikTok Ban Act

This bill would undo the current law that bans apps like TikTok that are controlled by foreign adversary countries, which include China, Russia, North Korea, and Iran. Right now, the law says companies can't distribute, update, or host these apps unless the app's owners sell it so it's no longer controlled by a foreign adversary. This bill would remove that ban entirely and cancel any labels already placed on apps calling them foreign adversary controlled applications.
