CURD Act

This bill creates an official legal definition for the term "natural cheese." Under the bill, natural cheese means cheese made from animal milk or certain dairy ingredients following established cheese-making standards, and it does not include things like processed cheese, cheese foods, or cheese spreads. If a product doesn't meet this definition, it cannot be labeled and sold as "natural cheese."
