No Taxpayer Funding for Abortion and Abortion Insurance Full Disclosure Act of 2025

This bill would make it a permanent rule that federal money cannot be used to pay for abortions or for health insurance that covers abortions. Right now, similar rules are added year by year to government spending bills, but this bill would make those rules apply all the time and across all federal agencies, including in Washington, D.C. It also says abortions cannot be performed in federal health care facilities or by federal employees, and it stops health plans sold on insurance marketplaces from covering abortions. There are exceptions in cases of rape, incest, or when a woman's life is in danger because of a physical condition, injury, or illness.
