PLO and PA Terror Payments Accountability Act of 2025

This bill requires the President to place sanctions on foreign individuals, organizations, and banks that are involved with payments made by the Palestinian Liberation Organization or Palestinian Authority to people who committed terrorist acts against Israeli or American citizens, to the families of those people, or to people imprisoned for terrorism. The sanctions would block the property of and deny U.S. visas to officials and organizations that run or support this payment system, as well as anyone who knowingly helps them. Foreign banks that handle these payments could be cut off from doing business through U.S. bank accounts. The sanctions would end if the State Department confirms that the payment system has stopped.
