POLICE Act of 2025

This bill makes it so that non-U.S. citizens who are convicted of or admit to assaulting a law enforcement officer, firefighter, or other first responder can be deported from the country. The Department of Homeland Security would be required to publish a yearly report on its website showing how many people were deported under this law during the previous year.
