Stopping the Fraudulent Sale of Firearms Act

This bill makes it illegal to import, make, or sell guns or ammunition using fraud, such as lying or making false claims. It also makes it illegal to send communications like phone calls, radio messages, or TV broadcasts across state lines or to other countries as part of that kind of fraud. Anyone who breaks this law could face a fine, up to five years in prison, or both.
