Tech Safety for Victims of Domestic Violence, Dating Violence, Sexual Assault, and Stalking Act

This bill creates a test program where the Office on Violence Against Women can give out grants to help reduce domestic violence, dating violence, sexual assault, and stalking that happens through technology. The grants are meant to address situations where technology is used as a tool to carry out these types of violence.
