Rural Hospital Cybersecurity Enhancement Act

This bill requires the Department of Health and Human Services to come up with a plan for getting more cybersecurity workers into rural hospitals. The plan must look at building partnerships between rural hospitals, other hospitals, schools, and private organizations, as well as creating cybersecurity training programs at rural schools. HHS must update Congress on the plan every year and must also provide free cybersecurity training materials that rural hospitals can use to teach their staff.
