LGBTQ+ Panic Defense Prohibition Act of 2025

This bill says that in federal criminal cases, a defendant cannot use someone's gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, or a nonviolent sexual advance as an excuse or justification for their actions. It also prevents defendants from using these reasons to argue that their crime should be treated as less serious.
