Prevent Interruptions in Physical Therapy Act of 2025

This bill changes Medicare rules so that a physical therapist can get paid when another physical therapist temporarily fills in to treat their patients. Right now, this kind of temporary fill-in arrangement is only allowed in certain areas, like rural communities or places that don't have enough health care workers. The bill would remove those geographic restrictions and allow these arrangements to happen anywhere in the country.
