A bill to require a strategy to oppose financial or material support by foreign countries and nongovernmental organizations to the Taliban, and for other purposes.

This bill requires the Department of State to create a plan to discourage other countries and organizations from giving money or supplies to the Taliban. It also requires the State Department to send reports to Congress about which countries and organizations have supported the Taliban, what U.S. cash assistance programs exist in Afghanistan, and how much influence the Taliban has over Afghanistan's central bank.
