American Voices in Federal Lands Act

This bill would require the Bureau of Land Management to change its system for accepting public comments so that only U.S. citizens can submit comments. It would also require the agency to set up a CAPTCHA test — the kind of online check that makes you prove you're a real person — to stop artificial intelligence bots from submitting comments.
