PEACE Act of 2025

This bill stops federal money meant for the American History and Civics Education program from being used to pay for teaching, curriculum, or counseling that promotes what the bill calls "divisive concepts," such as stereotyping or blaming people based on their race. It specifically targets priorities that the Department of Education proposed in a rule from April 2021.
