Tribal Access to Clean Water Act of 2025

This bill would give Indian tribes and Native Hawaiian communities more help getting clean water and waste disposal services. It would let Native Hawaiian organizations qualify for a federal loan and grant program that currently helps low-income rural areas build water and waste facilities, and it would also allow those funds to be used on tribal lands. The Indian Health Service would be allowed to help build and maintain water and sanitation systems for community buildings like schools, hospitals, and tribal offices, and to give financial help to tribes that run their own water and sanitation systems. The bill also increases funding for a Bureau of Reclamation program that provides technical help to Native Americans, extending it through 2030.
