Streamlining American Manufacturing Strategy Act

This bill changes how often the strategic plan for Manufacturing USA, a network of public-private partnerships focused on manufacturing innovation, must be updated. Currently, the plan has to be updated every three years, but this bill would change that to every four years. The reason for the change is to match the update schedule of another document called the National Strategy for Advanced Manufacturing, so both plans are updated on the same four-year timeline.
