Restoring Confidence in the World Anti-Doping Agency Act of 2025

This bill requires the Office of National Drug Control Policy to review the World Anti-Doping Agency (WADA) every year to check whether it has fair and independent leadership, properly represents the United States, and gives athletes a meaningful role in decision-making. The review would be done in consultation with the United States Anti-Doping Agency, the U.S. Olympic and Paralympic Committee, and Team USA's Athletes' Advisory Council. If WADA is found to fall short of these standards, the Office of National Drug Control Policy must work to bring WADA into compliance and may hold back some or all of the money the United States pays in membership dues to WADA.
