ADAPT Act

This bill would allow Medicare to pay for health care services provided by advanced psychology trainees. It also requires the government agency that runs Medicare and Medicaid to give states guidance on how they can cover these same services under Medicaid and the Children's Health Insurance Program (CHIP).
