Veterans’ Compensation Cost-of-Living Adjustment Act of 2025

This bill requires the Department of Veterans Affairs to raise payments for veterans with wartime disabilities, clothing allowances for certain disabled veterans, and payments to surviving spouses and children of veterans. The increases would match the same cost-of-living raise that Social Security recipients get, starting December 1, 2025. The VA must publish the new payment amounts in the Federal Register and is also allowed to make similar raises for people receiving disability compensation who haven't yet been paid for service-connected disability or death.
