Interstate Transport Act of 2025

This bill allows a person to carry a knife from one place to another, like between states, as long as the knife is legal to have in both places. The person must follow specific rules about how the knife is stored and kept during transport, unless the knife is an emergency tool made for cutting seat belts. If someone is following these rules, they cannot be arrested for a knife-related violation unless there is probable cause to believe they broke the storage requirements.
