Access to Pediatric Technologies Act of 2025

This bill would require the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services to create specific ways to set payment amounts for certain medical devices used mainly for children. To qualify, these devices must already be covered by Medicare, approved by the FDA, and currently billed using a temporary code for new technologies. When a device manufacturer asks for a new payment method, they must provide information like pricing and claims data to help the agency figure out how much to pay for the device.
