Protecting Life in Health Savings Accounts Act

This bill would stop people from using certain tax-free health savings accounts — like health savings accounts and flexible spending accounts — to pay for abortions. There are exceptions: the accounts could still be used to pay for an abortion if the pregnancy resulted from rape or incest, or if a doctor certifies that the woman could die without the procedure.
