Improving Veterans’ Experience Act of 2025

This bill creates a new office within the Department of Veterans Affairs called the Veterans Experience Office, which would be responsible for tracking and improving how satisfied veterans and their family members are with VA benefits and services. The office would collect feedback from veterans, give advice to other parts of the VA on how to improve their websites and customer service, and require other VA offices to regularly report on how well they are serving veterans. The office's responsibilities would end on September 30, 2028, and a separate government watchdog agency would study and report on how well the VA's efforts to improve the veteran experience are actually working.
