Next of Kin Collections Protection Act of 2025

When a veteran or other person receiving a pension from the Department of Veterans Affairs dies, the VA may stop or reduce those payments. This bill says that if that happens, the payments should continue through the last day of the month in which the person died, rather than being cut off at an earlier date.
