TICKET Act

This bill requires anyone selling tickets to events like concerts or sports games to show the full price, including all fees, right away when a buyer first sees the ticket. Before completing a purchase, sellers must also break down the price into the base ticket cost and each individual fee, like service or processing charges. The bill also says sellers cannot advertise or sell a ticket they don't actually have, and it requires full refunds if an event is canceled or postponed. The Federal Trade Commission would be in charge of making sure these rules are followed.
