A bill to authorize the use of off-highway vehicles in certain areas of the Capitol Reef National Park, Utah.

This bill would make Utah's state laws apply to the use of cars, trucks, and off-highway vehicles on several named roads that run through Capitol Reef National Park in Utah. These roads include Burr Trail Road, Cathedral Road, Highway 24, and about ten others located within the park's boundaries.
