Preventing Violence Against Female Inmates Act of 2025

This bill sets up rules to stop federal prisons from housing male and female inmates together, except on a short-term basis that does not include overnight stays. It also requires states to follow the same rules in their own prisons and jails if they want to keep receiving certain federal law enforcement funding.
