Non-Essential Workers Transparency Act

This bill says that after a government shutdown ends, every federal agency must send a report to Congress and the Office of Personnel Management within 30 days. The report must include how many total employees the agency had before the shutdown, how many were sent home (furloughed), how many kept working, and how much each group's salaries cost per year. The reports must be made public on congressional committee websites within 30 days of receiving them, and the Office of Personnel Management must combine all the agency reports into one and post it on its own website.
